We are having a hard time in division 4, where marking results seem to be very difficult for the team. Cobbler Ilya Talanov managed to noth a podium spot (3rd) in the allround race of Echterbosch Grand Prix. Hiller and Belgium international Yvan Naets is also close, but didn't get any cigars to smoke...yet. He finished 3 times within the first 9 this season.
Besides Naets, we don't have real captains. And, reaching division 4 again, we seem to reach a ceiling we can't get over. Some riders are still very young, while the sprinting squad just lacks quality for now. It also doesn't help that with Eddy Pelsmaeckers being out, we already are coping with our 3rd injury for us this season.
But I think we can stay in thanks to the variety of the squad and with the coming older of some young riders. After this season, I will probably retire two riders: Wannes Heems and Lukas Van Gysel, they will become coaches for sprinters and climbers.
We also have two new trainees with us: Keith Rawlinson (24, New-Zealand) even already made his NT-debut!

Gilian Van Haghedoorne (22 years) is a bloke I found on the hirelist. He could be trained as an LO1 also, but I have enough LO's and not that much climbers, so I chose the last option.
